I am a B.Sc. Computer Science student at the University of Hamburg. I joined the CGAT group in October 2021 to write my bachelor’s thesis. Together with Dr. Olga Tsoy, I will be working on the evaluation of differential splicing tools using simulated ground truth created with ASimulatoR.
