Zakaria Louadi is a Ph.D. student at the Technical University of Munich and the University of Hamburg. He developed the software DIGGER, NEASE, and Deep Splicing Code. His work mainly focuses on transcriptomics data analysis, with emphasis on the role of alternative splicing.
